The Structure for Restoring Integrity

Everybody has a story, and we’re taking a deep dive of self-inquiry.

We see ourselves reflected everywhere.

Our astrological sun, moon & rising speak to our multi-faceted personalities, or “parts” of ourselves.

We experience recurring upsets, which are things that are unwanted yet continue to show up in our lives. We are elevating our consciousness by retrieving the parts of ourselves which fragmented in response to traumatic experiences.

These turning-point events end up becoming the emotional voids which inform and influence our behavior.

At the core Truth of who you are, there is nothing wrong with you, or anybody. Part of the human experience is being born into a world where we are born whole and complete, and pick up baggage and leave parts of ourselves along the way when “things happen.”

The events that happen create turning points in our lives, where we internalize that something is wrong, we don’t belong, and that we are on our own. This is the genesis of identity and ends up being the de facto way we move in our daily lived lives.

This week, there’s nothing to do but practice observing yourself, and the impact that being upset has on your life.

Download the PDF Lifework Practices PDF and take some time to write down and reflect on the questions. During your first call with Chartreuse, we will examine the recurring upsets.
